Under the scheme, pension is granted to women of 58 years of age and above and to men of 65 years of age and above. Total annual income should not be more than Rs. 60,000/- including business or rental or interest income.

The applicant having maximum 2.5 acre Nehri/Chahi land or maximum 5 acre barani land ownership or 5 acre land in waterlogged area (including husband & wife) is also eligible for pension as per report of revenue department (Patwari).

Benefits:

Rate of pension is Rs. 1500/- per month

  • Aadhaar Card or Voter Card or Voter List or matriculation certificate or birth certificate issued by Registrar of Birth and Death Department as the proof regarding age.

Whom to contact

Application forms will be available at District Social Security Officer, Child Development Project officer (CDPO), Sewa Kendra, Department Website, SDM Office, Anganwadi Centre, Panchayat & B.D.P.O Office. The verification will be done by CDPO within one month from the date of receiving the application form, after that the pension will be sanction by DSSO.
