Children in conflict with law during the pendency of any inquiry/ trial are being placed in four observation homes established by the State Govt. with the orders of Juvenile Justice Board/Children Courts.

There are four Observations Homes established in the following districts:-

1. Hoshiarpur (Boys)

2. Ludhiana (Boys)

3. Faridkot (Boys)

4. Jalandhar (Girls)

1. To provide protection to children who are in conflict with law.

3. Free medical and educational services.
